Ferrari GTO 1/24

Hello together,

now he is finally finished.
I would show my first Modell in this Forum, it is the Ferrari GTO from Revell, and i build it out of Box. Only the lacquer finish was differently selected, it's metallic Blue from Dupli Color.
Also i had to rebuild the hood, because the original was brocken. I did this with a plastik sheet, where i put in some darked glasses.

But now the Pic's:

Nice job. I like the Blue. I just started one of those myself today.

Re: Ferrari GTO 1/24

call me old fashioned but I think this is one car that looks better in the old red.
oh... you missed the black line down the middle.
I've also got one of these on the way for the group build but the thread's not ready yet.

I must concur, there are a few cars that have to be a certain color, and this one screams Ferrari Red. But, your paint looks brilliant and great shine too! Nice build and save on the rear end.

Wow, that blue is gorgeous. I'm used to seeing these in red but it looks very very nice in this metallic blue colour.

Cold not agree more with Monkey! But it is still a good effort to venture into other colours for a these sort of Ferraries.
