96 3.4L dual overhead cam

I am replaceing the head gaskets and I am down to the cams. I was wondering what was the best way to take of the timing belt off, plus marking it to keep it in time, or detailed instructions for the Cutlass head gasket R&R.

Here's an excellent website for doing the timing belt. These guys are the gurus of the 3.4L DOHC engine. Very knowledgeable.
