lowering compression
i have a 1997 cavalier put a 2002 block in witha 1997 head need to know how to lower compression in cylender to keep from blowing the head gasket. any help would be great thanks .

A thicker headgasket would be one way. Like cometic sells one for boosted applications thats thicker, then one for N/A which is thinner.
