Is it worth buying 2003 330ci?

I need opinions about purchasing 2003 330ci. I've heard that BMW will do model change for 330 in 2004 model. Is it worth buying 2003 or wait until they release a new model in next year?

Getting a sport package??? The sport package is going to change also, I believe. I read in a magazine that there might be a 6-speed manual gearbox, and a different exhaust. New hp rating at 245.

I just bought a 330CI a few weeks ago. LOVE the car. I understand any 330s from March forward will have a 6-speed manual available. I think the next major revision of the 3 series isn't until the end of 2004 or early 2005

If the new 318 is anything to go by, the new 330 shape changes will jjust be cosmetic, bit of a facelift as NAP11TL said.

Get 2004

I just got meself a 325ci 2004. (don't have money for 330 ) but this is why -

One of the reasons was due to the fact that not one dealer had a white one with black inside (2003 on the lot). The new one has a lot of cool new options like LED lights in the back, adaptive turning xenon lights on the front, some body changes - face lift, grill, headlights.

2004 is usually $500 more expensive and you will have to wait for it for 2 months at least, the will not sell you one from the lot, as they don't have extras yet, every dealership is getting 1 or 2 for demoing purposes, all the other ones are custom ordered at this point. Also, if you are into manual transmissions, then definetly order the 2004 - it has a 6 speed manual transmission - standard !!!

There are some nice pictures of 2004 on http://www.bmw.de/

However - if the dealer gives you a good deal on a new 2003 off the lot -considering you find what you want there, take it, especially if 6 speed is something you don't care much about, but then again - with 2004 you'll be a year ahead of everybody else. I got mine for a price of $1400 over invoice, which seamed like a really good deal. So see if they give u a better deal on 2003 and then compare.
