1994 Cavalier

Hey, new here, just wanted to get some other ppls opinions on a 1994 cavalier that i am thinking of buying from a friend. pretty much no one around here likes cavaliers but i want to show them what can really be done with one. so let me know what you think about it and what some good cheap mods are that can be done.
