Does this make sense?
2005 Mustang GT VORTECH capable of 575bhp
and able to out handle an EVO, GTR, and WRX Here we have a slightly modified 2005 Mustang, capable of reaching 575hp with the Supercharger/Aftercooler that I installed last year, it is the SQ version (quite) with less than 2,000 miles on it. That makes this car able to run 11.6 in the ¼ mile, and 0-60 in 4.7 sec with .9bar pulley. The head unit is capable of producing 680hp if pushed to its max at 1.3 bar. Can you imagine pulling up next to an EVO, and kicking its butt in the twisting and winding roads of Great Britain, in an American iconic muscle car, well you can do that as well, if you so incline, look at granatellimotorsports.com/05mustang/1g-suspension.htm that will explain it all. I know TOP GEAR has had its stab at Ford’s newest throwback creation, but you cannot believe everything they report. This Mustang runs a 9.8:1 comp ratio at .5bar, makes a little under 400bhp in its current running format, enabling you to use the 92oct. As you can see by that information alone, this car has plenty room to grow another +100hp, with a properly dyno tune using 98oct. It has been lowered, but still maintains a very comfortable ride. Also it benifites from a 2 ½ dual cat-back BASSANI exhaust system which was installed to complement the free breathing VORTECH Supercharger.

Re: Does this make sense?
It makes sense, an 11.6 isen't going to be average but it sounds feasible with the right driver and supporting mods.

Re: Does this make sense?
the power seems reasonable to me. ive seen similar things done in car magazines. the handling is a little more iffy i think, but i suppose anythings possible. as for the clarity of the article, yes it makes sense.
