Hey just wondering whjat the differnces betwen the tuscani and regular gt is on an 04?

Depends. In Korea all Tiburons are called Tuscani. In Canada Tuscani is a different trim level. In the U.S. people put Tuscani badges on and that's the only difference.
In Canada or Korea the differences would be options, maybe trim pieces etc.

well, the korean Tuscani is our SE (our old 6 spd GT) they are not at all different
