Rewiring Fogs

Hello everyone i am rewiring my fogs right now so they can be on with the parking lights (http://www.moojohn.com/stealth/fogmods/) but the "red w/ white stripe" wire in the top left of the fog harness is actually red w/ yellow stripe, the red w/ white is in the top right....so i dont know which 1 to cut?! also, to take out the fog and tail harnesses from the relay box under the hood, am i supposed to just yank it out becuz its kinda hard to pull out..thanks
