What does my car actually weigh?
I've been surfing the web trying to figure out what my 99 maxima weighs. I've been getting a number around 4200 from my cars sticker, but see postings of anywhere from 3100-4200 pounds.
Any help on this would be great. I'm about ready to find a scale around here to throw it on.

OK...
I have a 99 Maxima with every option avalible accept traction control. This morning I took it to the gas station and filled it all the way up. I then drove directly to a local certified scale and found the weight. 3280 LBS. After I took it home and cleaned it out. I even took the spare tire out and got it down to 3200. Not bad if you ask me. I want to make the car lighter. Any ideas?
