buying a civic

There is a '96 civic DX 5 SPD with 134,000 mi d16y7 106hp for $3,600 there is a small dent on the front passenger side and a small spot of rust on the rear passenger (that was painted over, not all the way throuth the body) the interior is perfect, no where at all, and it runs great no unusual noise at all.

what do you think guys ?
