1999 Venture vs 2000

Hello. I just found this forum and I love it. I just bought a 2000 Venture. I'm having a hard time finding service manuals for 2000 but have found ones for the year 1999. I'm wondering if I can get by with buying a 1999 shop service manual set for my 2000 van. Are there any mechanics who can advise me on what to watch out for with the differences? Thanks for any help.

There has been a serious change between 1997 and 1998, but then much of everything is quite valid for a few years regarding main systems.

Re: 1999 Venture vs 2000

Here's the update:

I talked to a mechanic at the local Chevy dealer and he verified that there is very little difference between the 1999 and 2000 Chevy Venture vans. I went ahead and bought a 1999 service manual set for a total of $20.00 including shipping. That's sure better than $129.00+ off of an online auction.
