wrangler has got me hog tied

99 wrangler no blower motor for heat and ac.checked power at fuse , switch , resitor, and fan.removed fan thinking fan was bad new fan didnt work.checked old fan direcet to jump box fan works.power is going thru fan
i know everything has power in and out but can the resitor be bad and not letting enough juice thru to turn fan.lady doesnt have alot of money tried to be nice now i would like to fix for my own self being . any help short of burning jeep to the geound and starting over would be great help.

I have no experience with this problem, but do with electricity,so...
I'd say hook the fan up and then measure the voltage across the resistor (one side to the other) , then check you're voltage drop at the fan. If the resistor is partially open the voltage drop could be quite higher than normal causing minimal voltage drop at the fan. And obviously if you barely have a voltage drop at the fan = no movement.
