i need torque specs..4 tsi

does anyone know the amount of torque needed to bolt on the head to the block!? its for a '92 eagle talon tsi fwd...

No, because it's not just one torque. You have to torque them in series, starting with a small torque first (torquing in a specific order of course) and then to a higher number, and then a final torque specification. You might be able to find it on the web, but your best bet would be to buy a Haynes/Chilton manual like Dustin said.
