First, I'd hook up a scanner and check for any codes if you haven't done so already. Second, check your fuel pressure -- if your spider/regulator assembly is leaking it can cause hard starts after running and restarting shortly thereafter (before all the leaked gas in your intake has a chance to evaporate) -- so pay close attention to the bleed down rate. Third, if it is due for a tune up, that may be a good place to start as well (AC/Delco plugs, wires, cap, rotor).

I've Checked for codes, Nothing, My fuel pressure was low but after replacing the fuel filter, The pressure is now good. I just replace my S/P cap, wires, rotor, like 4-5 months ago, although I can put upwards of 1000 miles on my truck a week, think I should change them?
