Shifting techniques

In my old car (95 acura integra LS) i got really good at heel toe shifting and eventually once in first gear i could go through all the gears up and down without using the clutch jsut matching RPMs. i never did find out if that was bad for the transmission, although when i had it serviced there was no problems. however, now that i have my TT180 i am skeptical shifting without the clutch because of the cost of having it worked on. if done properly will this harm any portion of the drivetrain?

Re: Shifting techniques

I can't really say that it won't hurt the tranny because I don't really know, but I would never try this on mine.

btw, if you do mess it up, its just money right... A LOT OF IT!!
