help with my v-tec

I have a 96 Intera Gsr and i use it to race dirt track at potomac speedway. I want to Know if there is anything i can do to make my v-tec kick in earlier so i will have more power. I completely destroyed the stock class so far this season, but i want to be able to run with the mod class. i think i have something for them cuz my laptimes are a sec faster but i want to show them what the integra is all about. is there any bolt ons or computer mods that will help with bottom-mid range power.
