Hid xeon headlights in 05 Cavalier

I have a 2005 Chevy Cavlier i just put some HID xeon headlight bulbs in my car with thease specs
  • Item Condition: Brand New
  • 50% look brighter than your standard halogen bulbs
  • wires are protected by fiber-glass base
  • 80W/100W lights output
  • Better vision and safer when driving at night or rainy and foggy night
  • Quick and easy to install with no modification needed
  • Replaces your current stock bulbs (Just a simple bulb exchange)
  • Easy install, no modifications need, anyone can do it
  • Great for Cars, Trucks, Vans, Etc.
  • 100% Safe to use on all Motorcycles and Vehicles
  • High quality XENON HID lamp
And now i and having problem with it running hot enough that when i shut the car off the fanns keep runing plus for some odd reason on of my subs just desided to go out and i only used it for like 10 mins on the way to work but not even loud.

But just wondering if thease headlights would be causeing hte car to run hotter plus are they safe or not.
