Hid xeon headlights in 05 Cavalier

I have a 2005 Chevy Cavlier i just put some HID xeon headlight bulbs in my car with thease specs

And now i and having problem with it running hot enough that when i shut the car off the fanns keep runing plus for some odd reason on of my subs just desided to go out and i only used it for like 10 mins on the way to work but not even loud.

But just wondering if thease headlights would be causeing hte car to run hotter plus are they safe or not.
