96 grand caravan, wipers run once upon startup, no OBD readout, no radio, .....
1996 Grand Caravan 3.3 liter.
All of this happened at the same time. When you start the car, the wipers run one time, the interior light quit working, the radio went out. I tried to pull codes, and my reader shows nothing, as in a totally blank screen, when connected to connector. It does not even power up!! ANY ideas?? Is there one item that controls all of these functions???

Pull the IOD fuse in the power distribution center (fuse box) next to the battery. Leave it out 2/3 minutes then reinstall. This resets the body control module which controls nearly all the electronics in the van.

The IOD fuse pullout changed nothing. Does that mean it is the Body Control Module? If it is, where is it located??? THANKS
