3rd gen impala ss vs 4th gen trans am

forgetting that this is an impala forum. which one would win in an all out drag race. a 3rd gen impala ss or a 4th gen trans am. ( both beign stock) i was just woundering beacuse you can't get two stock cars to race. can anyone tell me who would win?
