Help!!

92 voyager has been setting for several months, got started, went to move and right rear wheel was locked up, put down in 1st gear to slowly move, it hung up for awhile and then seemed to free up, went to shift up into park and the lever is stuck in 1st gear, wont budge, now I turn the engine off and the key is stuck in the ignition and won't go into the off postition to get the key out of the ignition, the front wheels are not locked and will turn, i've wiggled and giggled the key and shift lever together and nothing budges, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
