Exclamation What is P0113- IAT sensor high input?

Well I finally have my own scanner tool, I scanned my 98 malibu V6 3.1L 116,000 miles. The codes were P0113, P04.....(I dont remember it right now but it was random/ multiple misfire), and the p0113 is intake air temperature high input. What exactly does it mean? Is the sensor malfunctionning? Or is that the temperatur coming to the intake is too hot? If so, How do I fix it?. The only symptomps in my car is that when I make a hard acceleration, the car stop accelerating just for a second, and then resumes accelerating, sometimes it does it again, after 2 or 3 secons after the first stop. Why my car does this? Could it be because of the P0113?

Do not know your specific conditions, but I had similar and needed a fuel pump. Could be your ignition coil starting to fail as well on the misfire.

The sensor in the intake duct is reading too high based on coolant temps and maximum programmed air temps. It is either bad, disconnected, missing or the connector is bad. The symptoms you have usually are not caused by this code. A misfire code can be caused by multiple issues, plugs, wires, lean mixture, low fuel pressure, a bad injector and coils.
