Hinge pin replacement-How to?

My doors are sagging and do not close proper. I am fairly sure that the hinge pins are worn out.

Can anyone tell what I need to do, to remove old and replace with new? Do both hinges usually need it? Does the arm reaching inside the door wear out also?

Kits like the link below on ebay come with enough for both hinges on each door, so I assume they would usually both need it. The arm, I think is just there to limit travel, not support the door. I could be wrong though.

WOW, your doors are actually sagging or are they hitting the striker hard when you shut the door? I have yet to put hinge pins in any silverado yet!

Yeah, passenger side(go figure) door sags and has to travel up to close.

The pins are pretty easy to replace. First you have to take the door off and to do that you have to take out the bolt that holds the piece of steel between the top and bottom pins on both hinges and the bolt that holds that arm to the cab then unplug the door harness, for the drivers side it is right on the bottom of the fuse panel, once that is done just lift the door off. If the pins have never been changed you will have to cut them off. I used a grinder with a cut off wheel and shielded the interior with cardboard. The rest is just putting it back together.
