power steering leak
k my friends 91 240sx has a power steering leak in a hose. its the hose that comes out of the pump and goes down near the radiator. k there the end on the pump then it goes down into a metal crimp looking thingy, then it goes back to rubber hose and down to the steering lines.
well right below the metal crimp looking thingy there a fat hole in the hose. so i gotta work on it, so can anyone tell me how to get the hose out so i can work on it ?, i can unbolt it at the pump but how do i get it out from the bottom ? also can you guys tell me the torque specs on anyting i will have to unbolt also my friend needs a new coolant resivor, how ever you spell it, do you know where i can pick one up ? thanks

come on, cant one of you guys go out and look at it or if you have a haynes manual, go look it up for me

The hose has brackets with screws to keep it in place. You will need to remove these and any other necessary parts (for access). This hose is attached to the pump, the rack, and the reservoir tank. It has a pressure end in the rack and a hose with clamps in the rack. The hose connects to the tank with clamps. Follow the hose to all these attachments and remove the hose.
