95 Stratus Gauges not functioning

I have a 95 Stratus ES and have recently had a problem with the dash gauges not working at all. Oddly enough, and I know this sounds crazy, they seem to only begin working when the outside temp. reaches above the mid 50's. Anything colder than that and they dont work. Now with spring here the problem is less frequent, but I still want to fix the problem. I have been logging this incident for about 3 months now and it's pretty solid. Any suggestions would be greatly appreaciated.

thats pretty wierd as a last resort you can get a gauge cluster for the stratus pretty cheap online i think i got some for 20$ and the sweet thing is they are all pretty much interchangerble, i believe. just make sure the important stuff is the same such as with or without autostick. etc.
