AC and Heater Problem

Hi you guys doing, im new here.

My AC and heater will not blow out of the Docks. What can I do to make this work? I feel heat when i am driving but its not blowing out.

The AC coldness will not turn at all, and I changed the settings on the car but nothing.

I have a 94' Seville SLS.
