89 mustang will not start or even turn over

I changed starter ,switch , and battery and still only clicks!!!!!!!!!

Check both ends of each battery cable. Make sure the engine to body ground is sucurely connected. Use a meter to check the battery. Keep in mind new parts aren't always good parts.
