engine starts but dies in drive

I have a 1994 grand am quad four overhead cam 2.3 L. It doesn't seem to happen until the car gets hot, but when i slow the car at about 35mph the car will vibrate and when i tap the gas the car vibrates more and has no power. After this happens i stop the car and turn it off and restart it, its fine but when i put it in drive it dies. so i turn the car off and back on, let it run a while in park about 30 seconds then shift to drive and the car is fine.

This is a list of things i have recently replaced.
fuel filter
spark plugs, boots, wires, coils
air filter, and vaccum hoses

I think it may be a TCC solenoid, or speed sensor. I don't know.
I would appreciate any info on this matter Thanks.

I vote an issue with the TCC not releasing the lock-up as you come to a stop. Xero will probably give you a more detailed explanation.

Does sound like TCC failure, might check this link it has the instructions for replacement.
