16" or 17" wheels

I know this is a honda board but i need help .I want to get either 16's or 17's on a eclipse but i need to know which is better .Does 17inch rims affect the handling and speed and does the 16 " wheels look too small .So many questions .What would you guys put on a eclipse 16's or 17's I am going to get the exel h-50 chrome .Has anybody ever had any problems with WHEELMAX .COM .Thanks for any help guys

well just get the 17's. since youre already going chrome, weight doesnt really matter anymore. and theyd look better anyways, since eclipse's have big wheel wells.
