where is the coolant drain plug on the cylinder block of a rodeo 2004?

Haynes' manual said there are 2. One of each block.

I guess not.

I found it. It's a huge bolt sitting above the starter.

The problem is I have a hard time getting access to it.

Is there any tip of getting to it ?
