I saw that in the magazine also. Yes you can call him 'competion' in a way. But he doesn't have a website or email, so how much business is he going to attract? Plus his body kits look ridiculous and over-sized. I wouldn't worry about him too much. You're miles ahead!

Talking You have nothing to worry about...

Competition? Only if you want to see your models swimming around in a fishtank under black lights will your models not seem as...uh..."good" as that horrendous ITR package. That's one hideous body package-it looks like something poisonous from undersea! He needs to turn down the "volume" from 11 to about 3 and that package might look a bit better.

Now, where's that "Ultimate Celica"

Chris,
Put the cap back on the glue and the lid back on the resin, I think the fumes are going to your head!!
If you want to compare your work to that, then fine, but I think you have already set yourself in a different league just by the quality of your work.
I saw that when it was in the magazine, and at no time looking at your kits have his come to mind, simply because there is no comparison.
Remember, your kits are based on real life cars and kits, his is based on something out of Star Wars.
Don't worry about him, we aren't. If you want to make a statement, send some pictures of yours to Scale Auto and let them know you have a website and all that!

Ray

the only thing you and the guy that made that monstrosity have in common is that you both make transkits for models. that's it. that thing is ugly as hell! he made it way too big, and way too curvy and shit. at least you make transkits for good cars, like C-West 350Z and the Bomex 180. trust me Chris, your stuff is way better.

No offense to Paul Casarez, but..

:monkeypis Paul's Integra

Your transkits are like a fleet of Ferraris, his are the Yugos that never made it out of Eastern Europe.

Once your site is up, submit it to Scale Auto with some pics!
