sealing a box?

I was wonder if would be easier to seal a box or easier to just buy one sealed? Just looking for some friendly advice.

yea. i already have a box (sealed) with two subs in it, but i wanna get new ones so i was just wondering.

how are you going to seal a sealed enclosure.

Just buy a new one, ebay has them for good prices.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.

ok im sorry if im confusing people but i have a sealed box with two subs in it. then i was goin to take out the subs and put new ones in. so im wondering if it would be easier to reseal(if I have to) the box or buy a new box.

oh, that's easy. just use some caulk like ps3 said, or some window seal from walmart between the basket and wood of the box.

most prefabs are solid so unless you jam 30 and below hz all day at 140db+ you probably won't have to reseal the box
