Interior Lights wont turn off after changing battery
I recently changed the battery and tightened the leads to the battery on my '94 lincoln town car. The interior lights won't turn off. I've pulled the fuse to the interior lights (and the electronic locks apparently) and they turned off but i'd like to know if anyone knew how to fix the problem for real?

You've already done this; but double check all the interior light switches.
Do you also get a door ajar warning when you drive?
