1999 Cadilac deville
Turn signals were not working, side lamp would come on either side. Emergency flashers do work. Replaced flasher, blew fuse in trunk, replaced fuse problem remained. After leaving turn signal on and not flashing smoked wires and melted connector to flasher. Any ideas as to what is wrong and hints on pulling dash to replace that part of harness??? thx Rich
