will these neon parts fit/work on my talon
SORRY IF THIS WAS POSTED BY ME ALREADY MY PC GOT A LITTLE PISSY WHEN I POSTED IT AND WAS NOT SURE IF IT WENT THROUGH AND POSTED
i have a 95 talon no-torbo with a 98 engine A/T and a 95 dohc neon m/t my neon took a sh@t on me and will need a tranny replace and many many other repairs, so i desided to bring the talon out of its sleep of 3 years. I am getting a new tranny put in the talon as i write and wanted to see if my performance parts off the neon will work on the talon. 1) lightweight pully? 2) i put the msd coil and wires off the neon already is this ok? it works good so far 3) Mopar preformance ECU? 4)Fuel rail? 5) custom dual exhaust Catback. i know the high flow cat will not. 6)Aluminum radiator? 7) Front sway bar will not but will the rear? I would measure my self but i have a custom system in the trunk and cannot get to it untill i take that out. 8) any chance of the neon wings west side skirts fitting on the talon. I have a bunch of stuff that i have to strip off the neon and wanted to see if anything will work on the talon before i sold the stuff. thanks.

Most of those parts are going to be a trial-and-error to see. Most of us here do not use many neon parts for the 420a. I'm 100% sure the sideskirts will not fit, but as far as the rest of it I do not know.

I should have the talon back by the end of next week. i will test the ECU on it and see if it will work. i do know that it will connect.
my main concern was the underdrive pully and the radiator. i dont wanna take all that a part just not to have it fit. i figured the skirts would not fit but just wanted to see if anyone had tried before. i will post results of any parts that will work off the neon. maybe someone can use the outcome to get parts for there talon/eclipse.

Alot of the parts will not fit on your Talon from your Neon.
Now if you had a Stratus or Stealth they may bolt right up. Like the man said though trial and error. I had a Neon Sport Edition with the 2.0 16V Dohc it was the worst car I had ever driven so I say F@#$ dodge.Good Luck
