Unhappy Rough Idilling 2002 Corolla

Hey people,
I've been having this problem for about 4 months now and i would love it if somebody had an answer for me. I drive a 2002 toyota corolla and when im stopping at a street light or something the engine feelslike its idilling really hard and shaking the car. Now this dosen't always happen but i would like to fix it. I though it could be the throttle body or maybe my clutch.
Anyways if someone knows thank you

sounds like you need to clean your MAF. Wouldnt hurt to also clean your Idle air controller valve, PCV, and throttle body as well.
