crank walk

anyone ever have crank walking problems in the 1st gen tsi, i know i have heard alot about it in the second gen but not hardly anything in the first gen, was it even an issue with the 1st gen? i just bought a 91 tsi and now im worried

Yes its an issue
I don't know alot of people who had that problem but My friends car has done it, but he has the worst luck with cars, honestly,

My Roomates 90 Talon crankwalked, with a 6 bolt in it. The motor was rebuilt (poorly) by the previous owner, so that had a lot to do with it in my opinion. It happens to 6 bolt guys too, you just don't hear about it that much.
