Unhappy Rough Idle

Hey all,

First, i am not a car buff, car guy, i just drive, put gas, get the oil changed and i clean the shit out of it like every other day, wash, shampoo the carpets, you could eat a 20 course meal off the floor after im done cleaning....

however, lately i have been having problems starting my car. I put the clutch to the floor, turn the key and nothing happens, turn it back, then again forward and it starts. Any thoughts?

also, when im idling, i could be at a light, stop sign, just idling on my driveway, it idles really rough. Its really clumpy and feels like its loosing power or "gas" to the car. Any thoughts.

I had the throddle something er other done, new sparks and a oil change last week.

look forward to your suggestions and ideas.

Oh.. what am i driving.. a 04' RT
