What is that big black box under the cowling on the passenger side??
Does that have something to do with the ac. And If that black thing that covers it is cracked and water gets into it what can happen?? I need to know if water can get into the car from there.Thanks....

Does this big black box have wires leading to it? Is it underneath a black cover on the firewall near the power steering pump? If so, it should have a special sleeve of black putty-like substance to protect it from moisture. The wiring leading to this area goes to all of your exterior lighting.

I dont see any wires going to or from it....its pretty big and you can stick your arm down in it and theres a hole on the bottom going to somewhere that I cant see.Once you take the cowling off theres another black square covering this box...when you take that off you can see down in there....I have no idea what it does but that little black square is cracked in half and I have been getting water in my car when it rains and I was trying to figure out if it came form there.
