Need help with Fiero engine swap

Hello,
I have an 86 fiero seV6. It through rod though oil pan and block.
going to put a 3100SFI from a 1994 buick century in it.
Im told this was the first year for the 3100SFI so the computer in the fiero will work. and if it was from a 95 or newer it would not. If this is true GREAT.
Does anyone know of any build theads that could help me with this project.
Both engines are in my driveway and was planing on swaping over the easy stuff like alt,ac compresor and so on in the morning.

Just finished mounting to cradel and transmission.
Now question is should I have gotten an engine harness from donor car or will the fiero harness work with some modifacation.
Please help.

I would have grabbed the harness for the donor motor. In fact, I'd grab every piece I could with the motor. You never know what bracket might not work with the retro fit.

Going tommorow morning to get the harness. Engine is on cradel and trnny.
Using the 94 harness will it have plugs for the 86 tranny.
