Exclamation 4age 20v Engine Conversion

Hey I Have A 1989 Toyota Trueno/corolla Ae92 With A 16v 4age Red Top Motor In It Which Has Done A Big End In.. I Have A 20v Silver Top 4age From A Ae101 Trueno To Put In.. Can Anyone Help Me With What I Need To Change For It To Run? Will The 16v Box And Loom Run It? I Know I Will Need To Change The Ecu But Will I Need To Put A Auto Or Manual One In (if There Is A Difference) As The 20v Came Out Of A Auto But I Am Bolting It To The Manual 16v Box If Itl Fit.... Or Should I Just Not Bother And Put In A New 16v

Any Info Would Be Greatly Appreciated

I Am In New Zealand And Car Is A Import From Japan If That helps and i think in some countries they are called a gt-s
This is a pic of one
