tire installation accident

i brought my car in to have new tires installed and the guy that was installing them (a very nice guy) messed up and accidentally messed his hand up while putting in the lugs. he had to rush to the hospital. to make matters worse, he's the owner of the shop and was the only person working there so he had to lock up his shop with my car unfinished. im traumatized by actually seeing his messed up hand and i dont know how im supposed to feel about my car being stuck in his garage over night. i kinda need the car. im going to take half a day at work to settle things with my car and this guy. im trying not to get pissed off since i know it wasnt his fault and if i was in his position i know that my car would be the furthest from my mind. so i guess in sum, my situation sucks. sucks for the guy, sucks for me... just sucks sorry i just had to vent.
