Climate control problems

I drive a 2000 Impala 3.4. Love the car, but an electrical problem causes the climate controls to malfunction.

It switches the a/c on when it pleases and changes from recirculation to outside air mode as it pleases.

Also, it ignores when I push the a/c or the circulation mode buttons when set on certain settings such as the "air blowing on body" setting.

I replaced a fuse that corrected a "no fan run" at setting 5 problem, but I still have these other problems. Is there anyway that I can get these problems fixed cheaply, or do it myself?
