Found out what was wrong with the short in my radio,IT BURNED

To my previous post the problem with radio was a short in the radio, so the fire dept said, it burned the whole dash out in my 05 impala,they wrote her off, so today I just purchased a 2007 silver impala ss with v8 engine ,wow ,what a monster of power compared to the 05 3.4, I am going to buy my 05 back off of the insurance and replace the whole dash and front windsheild then she will pass inspection and I get my old car back for less then half that I paid for her,what a deal.
