injen replacement filter

hello guys. i have not been around for quite a while since my financial situation has not allowed me be so involved with my car mods.

however, it is time to replace my injen filter and i can not figure out the size specs of the filter in order to get one.
does anyone in the board happen to know the specific size of the injen replacement fiter for my 99 maxilove?

Take off the filter and measure the pipe and the filter for dementions. You can pick up an injen replacement filter by visiting their websight and looking for a local dealer so you can buy just the filter. Searching online you may only find the complete setup.

I read somewere that you should only replace injen intakes with injen filters but I think that you should be just fine with a K&N filter on the end. That way you can clean it by yourself.

i found the measurements. 3" pipe inlet, 5" bottom, 5" long, and 4" top.

the reason i didn't buy the injen brand is because it is pricey. i think the K&N filters are the same thing maybe even better.

If you truly do have an original injen filter you can clean it just like a k&N filter. Good luck to ya!
