dic problem
When car is first started it will work for about 1 min then it will say 0.0 for everything and flash low every now and then, Also the boost gauge dont work, But the door/trunk sensor do still work, I can also change the modes and it only says 00 or low.
Any ideas would be great thanks |

Re: dic problem
Typically with those symptoms you'll most likely need to replace the DIC. Some people had luck removing the DIC and touching up solder joints on the DIC circuit board. The other possibility if the probelm is external is a loss of serial data communications between the DIC and PCM module.

Re: dic problem
Based on your symptoms not consistent with an ignition switch. Check with Ed Morad Parts Company at his EBay store. He carries used DICs.
Total for mods hardware only was around $2700 to incude the Nitto drag radials. Labor was mostly free because I DIY all my work with the exception of the final custom exhaust work. Blowing the doors off of Mustangs free and priceless. ![]()
