4wd HELP in my 2000 silverado

Hello i put my truck into 4wd and went to put it bacn in 2 hi and it is stuck in 4wd the 2wd and 2hi light are on. Can someone help me out with what to do?

I was told to try and take the fuse and do the sequence can someone tell me which fuse it is to take out thanks alot

Sounds like your aucuator is stickong on the side of the Tcase try tapping on it while someone pushed the button. Dont beat on it. I comes off pretty easy usually just needs cleaning and lubing. Use it more that one or twice a year to keep it freed up

As said it may just be stuck.
If you can not find the fuse disconnect the neg battery cable for a few minutes.
If tapping on it does not help break it lose check wiring and fuses.
Also if light is on you will have a transfer case code set.
Check code no and post back no.
With what engine and transfer case yuu have.
Also some of the need to be serviced with the new type GM transfer case fluid.
Has yours ever been serviced?
