Drive ... the series

So did anyone catch this new show on Fox last night ?

It was the 2 hr pilot/premier, I guess its on again tonight.

Not sure what night it will be on regularly though.

It wasnt to bad, has a few more poplular actors.
Like the dude driving the Ford truck, Nathan Fillion , he played in the Sci fi series Firefly,
and the motion picture Serenity.
Both great shows IMO.

I'm eager to see why everyone has to drive,
other then the millions to win.

Hope this show turns out a good season, or two

Well the second night was even better.

Finally, they showed the 72' Challenger

The story seems solid so far, and as always they are dragging things out making you wait in anticipation of the next show.

Still learning more about each of the individuals in the race.
Ends with the drivers going to a Drive-in In Rome GA.

I think it'll be on Monday nights, thats OK since Prison Breaks seasons over till 08'

Okay. I saw part of it last night. And I have to say that this show is LAME. Yes, the 72 Challenger is sex on wheels. But the way the dude was driving it was obviously staged. Also, I live near Rome, Ga and it looks nothing like that. My best guess would be Southern California... haha.

I really hope this doesn't provoke even more retarded driving habits around here.

Yes some of the acting was a bit lame(cop scene handcuffs) and the driving was realy erratic.

I've been thier myself and I didnt think it look like that.
No moss stuff on all the trees....

Well this episode was alright.
Not enough racing

But I'm sure that's going to change as the season rolls along.

The Challenger was nice seeing as always

It says 426 Hemi but I highly doubt they'd realy us one since they are expensivly rare.
Though I would guess it does have a big block, probly 383 or a 400 from a Fury

You didnt miss much in Drive, the richy bro got shot and they are heading to Virginia I think....

I watched Heros too !
I like that show, its pretty suspensefull and always keeps me guessing , it has some nice twists & turns.

They cancealed it after 2 episodes, what a waste

i noticed that!! I watched the first episode and was somewhat intrigued, but then a couple of weeks later I couldn't find the show listed anywhere!!! Fox sure did make a big deal of promoting the show earlier this year to then cancel it is LAME!
