'02 Jetta Fog lights
I have an '02 1.8T Jetta that came without foglights. I do however have daytime running headlights (does everybody with daytime running lights not have fogs?) All of the aftermarket lights that I see have fogs. How are the daytime running lights, halos, etc all wired? I was thinking of adding after market lower grille fogs and wire them in to a separate switch will will also control the headlights fogs.
Any suggestions? Does anybody have the aftermarket Jetta healights with halos?

Re: '02 Jetta Fog lights
I reccomend purchasing OEM headlights with fogs. They can be found for about 150/pair online. Buy a euro headlight switch for 30 and the fog wiring harness for another 30. Aftermarket halo lights involve lots of wiring mods and are not good. (plus they cant really be aimed very good).
I have oem jetta fog headlights on my jetta and they work like money! |

Re: '02 Jetta Fog lights
That's +$200 for stock lights, if I'm going to spend that much, I'd rather pary for something custom. My oems were foggy in and out until I cleaned the outside.
www.myheadlight.com Even if I get the aftermarket lights with fogs, I think I might still add some lower grille fogs and wire them in with it all! *Do you still have daytime running lights or do you lose that with addition of the foglights?
