WIP - AE86 (Initial D ver.)

Hello guys,
this is my first post of WIP car.
I finished it last year, but no time to post it here.
I like Initial-D very much, so I changed it into Initial-D version.
Hope you like it.



The most impportant parts of this model!

change the original 4A-GE to Gr.A version


Aoshima did a good job!!


Took from Lotus Super-7.


OK, very fit.

Aoshima really did so well, the suspensions really can spring.


The original brake disc is too small. It is too dangerous in racing. ^^"

I agree great progress! The most detailed 20V I've ever seen. Being an AE86 fanatic, I have to pick up one of these Aoshima kits.

I used Fijimi one to replace it.


The engine room cover.

SAS carbon decal (Chinese Co.)
Not so good, very easy broken.
CM one is more better.

awesome dude! freakin awesome. i love it. did the side draft carbs come with that kit? also where did u get that racing seat from?

Do you mean the masking tape? or the carbon decal?
They are not come with that kit too.

And the racing seat was took from Tamiya Evo.6.
