service brake system (wont start?)help
the car started reduced power light came on now cannnot get the darn
thing to even turn over, when I turn the key the gages go nuts and does nothing any help or input is awsome please |

Sounds like a failed ignition switch. Very common on the GMT360 chassis. You get funky dash lights and a no start condition from this. The switch is attached to the key barrel in the steering column. I have not had to touch one yet, so I don't exactly how to R/R it. I know of atleast one report of an owner removing the switch and cleaning the contacts. It worked for him. This switch is yet another cut-rate GM electrical component.
